IFDS Group are one of our Principle Partners, supporting our Core Skills in Events programmes which is linked to our project delivery of Stirling Highland Games. Not only do they provide us with the support to work with up to 10 young people each year they also have a fantastic opportunity to join this fast-growing, global financial services company with full training and support from day one!
The Admin Centre, which offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. As a Customer Experience Apprentice you will learn how to deal with all customer queries and requests on behalf of our Management companies while working towards a NVQ Level 2 in Providing Financial Services.
About the role
The role involves providing support to the main functions of the department, ensuring that all procedures are followed in order to maintain the standard of service within service level agreements. You will be required to communicate with different departments and build relationships which will enable you to expand your knowledge of the business, learning how processes work from both an operational and regulatory perspective. You will be required to communicate with different departments and build relationships.
The successful candidate must also take responsibility for their own training needs, making sure they are qualified to support any agreed process at any time.

The Ideal Candidate
- Good keyboard skills to include basic Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and follow strict processes
- Highly numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
- Good communication skills
- Minimum pass Nat 5 English Language & Maths

Fully paid 18 month fixed term contract Apprenticeship leading to an NVQ in Providing Financial Services and the IOC stage one qualification: All training is via E -Portfolios/webinar/on the job. No attendance at college.
